Can I bring in my own caterer?
Yes, any caterer is welcome. However, you are responsible for clean up.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, you are welcome to cook in Margaret's Kitchen.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The kitchen is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, six burner stove, microwave, ice machine and dishwasher.
Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes, the room comes equipped with tables and chairs.
Do you have linens?
No, we do not provide nor have access to linens.
Can I bring in alcohol?
Alcohol is allowed. A security fee of $35/hour applies and all state and local laws must be followed.
Do I have to take out the trash?
No, a staff person will be on site to do this.
Do you have any AV equipment?
The River Market has an amplified podium and a wireless mic available for an extra fee.
How do I see the room?
Call (501) 375-2552 for an appointment.
How far in advance do I need to book the room?
The River Market books the room up to one year in advance. Make your reservations ASAP.
Can I bring a DJ?
Yes, DJ's and bands are welcome.
Can I bring candles?
Candles are allowed in candle holders. If candle wax is left on River Market property your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I come in the day before to decorate or rehearse?
If you pay for an additional rental day then this is allowed, based on availability.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located on the first floor.
Where do we park?

How do we get into the building?
During regular River Market hours you can enter through any door. After 6pm you can access the building through the door in the NW corner. The entrance faces the river.
Does my deposit go towards my rent?
No, these are separate fees.
Can I see the river from the room?
No, the river is not visible. Your view will be of President Clinton Ave and the River Market District.
Is the capacity really 100 or can we squeeze a few more in?
The capacity of the room is set by the fire marshal. Maximum occupancy is 100.
