Can I bring in my own caterer?
Yes, any caterer is welcome. However, you are responsible for clean up.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, certain regulations apply.
Do you have tables and chairs?
No, we do not provide nor have access to tables and chairs in any outside area. Staff can direct you to providers of this service.
Do you have linens?
No, we do not provide nor have access to linens.
Can I bring in alcohol?
Alcohol is allowed. A security fee of $35/hour applies and all state and local laws must be followed.
Do I have to take out the trash?
No, a staff person will be on site to do this. If your event is larger than 500 people, additional clean up charges will apply.
Do you have any AV equipment?
A complete equipment list of audio visual services is available upon request. Please contact 501-370-3240 for specific details and a complimentary quote.
How do I see the pavilion?
The pavilions can be seen 24 hours a day since it is an outdoor venue. Call (501) 375-2552 for an appointment to discuss rental.
How far in advance do I need to book the pavilion?
The River Market books the facility up to a year in advance. Make your reservations ASAP.
Can I bring a DJ?
Yes, DJ's and bands are welcome.
Can I bring candles?
Candles are allowed in candle holders. If candle wax is left on River Market property your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I come in the day before to decorate or rehearse?
If you pay for an additional rental day then this is allowed, based on availability.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located on the first floor inside the Market Hall.
Where do we park?

How do you keep people out of our private event?
River Market staff will set up bicycle barricades for this purpose. Manning of the entrance points is your responsibility.
Does my deposit go towards my rent?
No, these are separate fees.
What happens if it rains?
The River Market has tarps we can pull to provide some shelter however; the venue is not rain proof.
Do you have heaters?
No, the River Market does not provide nor have access to heaters.
Are the pavilions air-conditioned?
No, the pavilions are not heated/cooled.
