The Bill and Margaret Clark Room is a loft-style room with hardwood floors , located on the third floor of the Ottenheimer Market Hall.

The room can be used for dinners, birthday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, and company meetings. Capacity is 100 people.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes, any caterer is welcome. However, you are responsible for clean up.

Can I cook my own food?

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The kitchen is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, six burner stove, microwave and ice machine.

Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes, the room comes equipped with tables and chairs.

Do you have linens?
No, we do not provide nor have access to linens.

Can I bring in alcohol?
Alcohol is allowed. A fee of $18/hour for unarmed security; $40.00/hour for armed security (if required) applies and all state and local laws must be followed.

Do I have to take out the trash?
No, a staff person will be on site to do this.

Do you have any AV equipment?
Yes, we offer a full range of Audio Visual Equipment for rent.  Please ask your event coordinator for details.

How do I see the room?
Call (501) 370-3246 for an appointment.

How far in advance do I need to book the room?
The River Market books the room up to one year in advance. Make your reservations ASAP.

Can I bring a DJ?
Yes, DJ's and bands are welcome.

Can I bring candles?
Candles are allowed in candle holders.

Can I come in the day before to decorate or rehearse?
Additional rental fees apply, based on availability.

Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located on the first floor.

Where do we park?
There are a number of parking options in the River Market District. The parking spaces to the East and West of the Amphitheater may or may not be available. The River Market Parking Deck, located at 2nd Street and River Market Avenue is one block south of the Amphitheater and offers 600 spaces.

How do we get into the building?
During regular River Market hours you can enter through any door. After 6pm you can access the building through the north back door by the ice machine.

Can I see the river from the room?
No, the river is not visible. Your view will be of President Clinton Ave and the River Market District.

Is the capacity really 100 or can we squeeze a few more in?
The capacity of the room is set by the fire marshal. Maximum occupancy is 100.
